One-on-one yoga, much like personal fitness training, can be tailored to your specific needs. There are several reasons why you should add private yoga sessions to your weekly wellness routine.

*Work towards a specific physical goal wuch as increased flexibility, balance, or strength

*Address health concerns (stress, chronic headaches, insomnia)

*Target problem areas like tight hips, hamstrings, weak kness, weak back/core or increase your mental focus in a particular sport or activity

*Add yoga to your weight loss or strength training program or while cross-training

*Include this BodyWork to complete an existing Therapy Program

*Learn more about yourself - gain awareness without judgement

Private Yoga Series includes a free 30- minute Consultation to discuss your requirements. The classes are held in the privacy of your own space. Students are provided with a customized yoga practise upon request.

Fees:

One Yogi Practising...
  • 8 Private 75-minute Sessions at $100/class (valid within 60 days of purchase) once or twice a week commitment required
  • 1 private 75-minute Session for $120/class

Two to Four Yogis Practising...
  • 8 Private 75-minute Sessions at $120/class (valid within 60 days of purchase) once or twice a week commitment required
  • 1 private 75-minute Session for $140/class

NOTE: For outside Toronto add up to $25 travel expense per session. Add applicable taxes. All Private Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
