| One-on-one yoga, much like personal fitness training, can be tailored to your specific needs. There are several reasons why you should add private yoga sessions to your weekly wellness routine. *Work towards a specific physical goal wuch as increased flexibility, balance, or strength *Address health concerns (stress, chronic headaches, insomnia) *Target problem areas like tight hips, hamstrings, weak kness, weak back/core or increase your mental focus in a particular sport or activity *Add yoga to your weight loss or strength training program or while cross-training *Include this BodyWork to complete an existing Therapy Program *Learn more about yourself - gain awareness without judgement Private Yoga Series includes a free 30- minute Consultation to discuss your requirements.
